About the Referral Process
AquaPaws Rehab works closely with referring veterinarians to ensure a coordinated, safe recovery plan for every dog. While a vet referral is not required for all services, post-surgical patients should have a referral letter from their primary vet or specialist.
At your first assessment, our certified therapist will review your dog's medical history, perform a functional movement evaluation, and develop a personalized treatment protocol. Plan for approximately 60 to 90 minutes for the initial visit.
